"Great service from the team at Weather Proofing Experts.....very prompt (same day) response time on site, some running repairs done immediately and talked through exactly what would be included in the quote.....once it became clear the window needed replacing included the window at cost (including sending me the receipt for the window cost)....the work was done quickly, with the minimum of fuss and the results leave me with a level of confidence a long term problem is now finally fixed! Plus, with a 10 year guarantee, if there are any issues they will happily come back to resolve.....but having had no claims on that guarantee in 12 years I suspect I won't be calling them on that....but will for any other roof issues.....Top end service and worth it.

We had a total roof replacement including repairs to our old roof (uneven and weak decking, leaking around the chimney and in a valley and problems with ice dams and water stains as a result of those dams). Edwin addressed all these concerns by replacing bad decking, using specialized rubberized roofing underlayment, properly installing flashing along the chimney and adding adequate ventilation to our roof. The architectural shingles look amazing and have transformed the look of our house. Edwin was very professional and kept us informed of our timetable and progress. O’Franco Roofing is a small business and the work crew are all company employees invested in quality work and service – not sub-contractors like most of the large roofing companies use. "We hired Jole Wyles to do several different remodeling projects at our home. This guy can do just about anything needed done at your home. He is very conscientious about his work and professional and trustworthy. We leave him here to do his work and we are not even home. Our dogs love him! (That says a lot). You won’t find anybody more talented and professional. He is still doing work for us and will definitely keep him busy with projects. Very efficient! "I purchased 2 hours as a gift for my wife on 02/22/2015 Order # 1793956.  My wife started calling for an appointment in mid March but could not get a return call. She was able to get them sometime in May and a appointment was made for June 24th at 10am (my wife noted that the person she talked to seemed extremely stressed out).  On 06/24/15 I took the morning off and I waited until 10:30am still no show, so I called. She stated that we did not have an appointment until 07/01/2015 at 9am.  My wife insisited she wrote the correct date down and knew nothing of a 7/04/15 appointment.  The person I talked to said she would come out and do the job herself that day 06/24/15 between 3 and 4 pm (the person I talked to seemed extremely stressed out).  I then took the rest of the day off, at 4:30 still a no show so I called.  She stated she was trying to get here as soon as she could but it might be as late a 6:30 pm (the person I talked to seemed extremely stressed out).  I had things to do so I asked if we could just keep the 07/01/15 9am appointment she had for us and she said yes.  On 07/01/15 at 9:20 am still a no show so I called.  She stated she was on her way, but was not sure what town I lived in.  I told her Rogers, Ar and she said she had it and would be there as soon as possible but was coming form Sonora, Ar (which is about 40 minutes away).  At 10: 30 still a no show I called, she stated they were 3 and 1/2 miles away.  They arrived at 10:36 and started at 10:39am.  We asked that they dust the blinds and wash the interior windows.  At 11:12am 33 minutes later as they were both heading for the front door, she stated we dusted the blinds and cleaned the interior windows bye.
