They were professional and did a great job of keeping the area clean-while cleaning the chimney. The cost was the same as I've paid in the past with other companies. They did a camera inspection of both flues (I have two fireplaces that share a chimney) and found damage due to internal chimney fires. Fox Chimney helped me navigate through the claims process with my insurance company and I'm in the process of scheduling repairs to the flues and installation of a wood burning insert in one of the fireplaces. "About a year ago, after several days of heavy wind and rain, I woke up to my roof leaking into my living room. After trying to contact several roofing contractors, Dialed In sent someone over to take a look. It was too late in the season for them to do the roof replacement last year, but they kindly sent one of their guys to do a temporary repair to get me through the winter. "It was discovered during a fireplace insert project that the flashing around my chimney was installed incorrectly and leaked causing the wood to rot. Ganser came, matched the siding and did the work to replace all the wood etc. It looks great and the fireplace insert project commenced without a hitch. They were professional, courteous and, although were booked months out, actually were able to come earlier than expected. THEN Marc came and did an "Aloha" meeting with me to see if I had any questions or concerns. I will definitely call them in the spring to fix some siding problems (not related to their work)."

They noticed a shingle on the 2nd floor that had come loose and since my days of climbing ladders are over they were kind enough to run one of their ladders up and repair the shingle as well.
