"We had our roof and siding done after a hail storm in 2022. After a few months we decided to have our roof inspected and there were a few problems brought to our attention. Holes that were caulked over and shingles that were lifting. Our siding also was falling off in places and warping. We submitted a claim, got a phone call that someone would reach out. A few weeks went by and nothing. We reached out to our contractor and he came out and looked at the issues and said it would all get taken care of in March. March has came and went, I contacted the contractor at the beginning of April and he claimed everything was ordered and should be in later that week. Here we are May 11th and we haven't heard a thing. Communication has been lacking and the quality of install was poor."

The job turned out to be much tougher than expected—the old cement was nearly impossible to break up and the clay ground was hard to dig deeper for the required dept —but Ken handled it like a pro, using a jackhammer and digging through hard clay soil without complaint. Despite the extra work and materials needed, he stuck to his original price even when I asked to pay him more, which speaks volumes about his integrity. He returned a few days later to assemble the hoop, and the final result was perfect—every measurement was spot-on. Ken went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again. Highly recommended!"
