Inside he has repaired doors, lighting fixture and the bath tub. Upon completion pictures are shared of work without easy access. I have been pleased with all the improvements. "I was doing a little bit at a time. For example, I could only afford three windows so I did those. I called another company and they were really gung-ho. The guy that they sent out to do the estimate didn't know what he was doing. When the windows were ordered they came out wrong. Then the guy that they sent over to do the job looks like he just got out of jail. He looked really scary. He did a nice job but when someone shows up at your door and they look like that it s really scary. That s when I told John and he had heard all of these things before. "Loebrich first showed up to provide an estimate for the work I was looking to have done. I contacted 3 companies to provide quotes of the 3 companies, 1 did not provide a quote and another took 3 weeks to get a quote. Before I received the 2nd quote, I already told Loebrich's to perform the work because of the professional manner in which they conducted themselves and it also helped the quote was fair. <br /> Loebrichs showed up on time and completed the initial work in a very professional manner and I was so pleased with the work (the initial job was just the 3 custom doors) that I had them stay for 3 more days completing several other jobs I needed done. The work was very well done and the house was always left cleaner than when the showed up. <br /> Loebrichs also paid very close attention to the little details for example we said we would finish the drywall and paint it.
