"Wahl Family Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is a top notch company that truly values professionalism and customer care. Their scheduling team is personable, responsive, and always accommodating when adjusting arrival times. The technicians arrive promptly, work cleanly, and take the time to explain every repair option in detail. They’re knowledgeable, transparent with pricing, and never pushy, just honest and helpful. From start to finish, the entire experience feels smooth and reliable. Highly recommend Wahl to anyone seeking quality service and peace of mind!"

"The install could not have gone better. The technician was at my home at exactly the time given. My water heater is in a carpeted hall way and the technician was careful and considerate to ensure that carpet was not damaged. The installation took about 2 hours and when done, I would never have known the technician was in the home except that I now had hot water."

"We have used their services in the past and things went well, so we called again last night when our air stopped working.  From the first phone call to the emailed receipt, my husband and I could not have been happier with our service.  Response was MUCH faster than I expected when I called and I was very impressed with the value of their Gold Maintenance plan that I ended up purchasing.  The technician was professional, knowledgeable skilled. 100% I would recommend these folks to anyone, and I will! Repairs are never going to be cheap, but I felt that we were treated fairly and their pricing is quite reasonable for the great service they provide.

"Super responsive. Called on Thursday came out that afternoon to quote the job. Set a crew out Monday to do the work. Did a great job installing a new gas tankless system to replace an existing electric tank. And their quote was Way less than the the other big name water heater guy. They were right on time and I got text updates as to there location to arriving, appointment reminders etc. They said it would be a 1/2 day job and they were pulling out of my driveway at noon sharp. Even took the old water heater. Please note this was not an emergency service call, we were just upgrading to a gas tankless system for improved performance and lower operating cost."

"CLEAN UP THE MESS YOU MADE FIXING THE WATER!"

"Suica's Plumbing & Heating installed a hot Water Heater. Tom Sucia Plumbing service was top notch. Tom is a lot cheaper then the other bids. So, if your looking for fair service and reasonable price Tom SUCIA is your man."

"Hot water heater not working, Ethan and Kevin came out when they said they would and fixed the problem at a very reasonable rate. They were very efficient, polite, showed the bad parts that were removed. Also cleaned up before leaving. Will hire again."

"Lloyd Calhoun works 8 days a week at the hours that work for you. He takes pride in his craft, delivering a high level of competence and excellent customer service at very competitive rates. I called him once, I’ll call him again, and I highly recommend him to you. The water heater died around 4 pm on a freezing January afternoon. Of course, I turned to Angie’s List where I found Calhoun Plumbing & Heating, which is in my zip code. Upon calling the number listed, I got voice mail, left a message, and Lloyd Calhoun returned the call in less than 30 minutes. It was already late in the business day and, if Lloyd had offered me a next day appointment, I would have been thrilled. But Lloyd came over that evening, after finishing his scheduled clients, to give me a FREE estimate. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction and I had a lot of them. The old water heater was paid for by the previous owner’s appliance insurance when I purchased the house. Being a naïve, first-time home owner, I hadn’t a clue what to look for in a water heater and was at the mercy of the plumbing company contracted by the previous owner’s policy. The company unnecessarily installed a power-vent water heater (which costs roughly $200-$300 more per unit than a direct vent model) in spite of the fact that the original water heater was located adjacent to a chimney, and there already existed a hole in the chimney to accommodate the vent pipe. Lloyd actually listened to me (!), confirmed my suspicions that the more expensive, power-vent model was NOT necessary, and gave me good information on features and pricing for direct vent models. Right there, Lloyd saved me $300. I’d been researching water heaters for months, had at least 3 plumbers out to the house for an estimate, and Lloyd Calhoun was the only plumber who was honest enough to sell me the less expensive, direct-vent water heater. The next evening Lloyd was back with a nice Rheem unit that fit the specs. Installation went off without a hitch. They carried the old unit out to the curb. (It was gone before the garbage truck made rounds the next morning.) The basement work area was swept and tidy when they left. What more can you ask for?"
