"Overall, I was pleased with their work.  My floors looked great for awhile, but now there are visible gaps and cracking of filler.

Here are the few issues:

1.  After the final clearcoat dried, I found many areas which were very rough to the touch, especially in the corners.  I don't think I should have been the one to tell them.   They should have noticed this.  It was fixed immediately and looks great.

2.  It was mentioned during our conversations that I need to keep the humidity even all year round.  It even said so in the contract, but I never dreamed that my floor would shrink and leave 1/4" gaps showing cracks where they put filler into these openings.  Now the filler has dropped down between the boards and I don't think this can ever be fixed.    I just wish they would have told me that they used filler (all over) and that this could happen.  I would have invested in a whole house humidifier instead of just putting in small room humidifiers during the winder.

In summary, I would highly recommend them, but would hope that they tell their customer EVERYTHING so the customer can protect their investment."
