"I needed a foundation crack repaired and scheduled for Ram Jack, along with 2 others, for quotes to get that repair done. After receiving a quote from another business, to the tune of $53,000 for "other problems discovered", I had Ram Jack come out and did not tell them what the first place said. After they crawled under the house, took measurements, etc, they found nothing wrong with the foundation, advised me that I was not in need of their services, and provided me with the names of a few well-known and trustworthy local businesses that could repair the foundation crack. I cannot tell you what a relief that was and how impressed I am with the Ram Jack's honesty and integrity! They are definitely on my list of trustworthy people to deal with in the future, if / when needed!"

Lupe Alvarado, the foreman, kept me informed as to what they were doing, gave me a suggestion or two on what we could do, and got the job done efficiently & completely. "We had a damp crawlspace. John's installed drainage with sump pumps (lead and backup with battery backup power) and encapsulated the dirt with 20 mil plastic. They also installed PU foam around the perimeter foundation walls to complete the insulation envelope of the house and a dehumidifier top keep the crawlspace area dry. In short, this work solved the problem we had and provided the added benefits of a more energy efficient and comfortable house due to the insulation as well as better indoor air quality. The work was done in four days and at considerably less cost than a competing contractor bid to do it. Another person that we had inspecting house later looked at the crawlspace and commented, "Wow! You could do brain surgery down here." We actually wouldn't recommend that though ;)"

"When Todd first started breaking up the packed gravel driveway, he hit and pierced the main gas line. It was only 6 inches below the surface (should have been a couple feet). I wasn't home but Todd responded quickly, shut off the breaker box (to eliminate the possibility of explosion) and contacted the fire department. "Ted exceeded our expectations. We hired Ted to create a flat backyard and RV parking on our sloped property. Watching him excavate and move boulders with his equipment was like watching someone use a bionic arm to perform surgery. He removed our existing boulder wall, moved tons of dirt, and rebuilt the wall better than before, with little room for him to maneuver his equipment. We also had Ted dig trenches and remove part of our concrete foundation with great care to not damage the rest. He's talented, precise, creative, committed to do a good job and really pleasant to work with. We're extremely happy and highly recommend him."
