The last stain used (by another contractor) had oxidized or something, turning an ugly black... his cleaning and sanding (including a pergola) removed the residue and he used a stain that won't do the same thing as it gets weathered. We use this company for our annual roof cleaning and moss prevention and have used them for powerwashing our driveway and patio. Always excellent and dependable."
