Greg was very responsive, on-time with the project start and finish, sent me pictures of the status of the project as it was being done, and notified me of an issue he found in the room unrelated to the flooring. I am very pleased with the work, though since I have not actually seen the result yet gave only 4 stars. I hoped I may return to update my review after seeing the flooring in person. And now we've moved in and are a repeat customer. That should say it all!"
