I am a luxury real estate broker in the Lake Oswego/West Linn and Portland areas, and they've done a lot of work with the investor and portfolio management clients I represent. Our current properties range from $1.6-5M, and some are often high end rentals for transitional athletes (Portland Trail Blazers, Timbers); we've never had any complaints with the finishes or quality of work, and Freestone does everything we need in high-wear environments quickly and affordably, and they work hard to accommodate our complex scheduling needs with seasonal and long-term tenants moving in and out. That said, weâ ve had a couple issues with scheduling, but theyâ re growing and busy, so the growing pains are understandable.
