"Rescue Rooter was first to reach out when I submitted my request for clogged kitchen pipes— they called me within 15 minutes and were able to book me for that morning. The office staff was great about keeping me informed and letting me know when the repairman would arrive. Alejandro was very professional and did a great job explaining my options. He wrote up the job and completed his task with no fuss, and cleaned up well after himself. I would definitely use Rescue Rooter again."

"Travis made my day! I was worried about having to replace my sewer line due to all my drains barely draining, but Travis got them all clear and draining like new. He should rename his company Triple P Drains - Professional, Punctual, Personable."

"They did a great job. It was quite an undertaking, digging a trench in the basement to re-route the sewer line, but they were efficient and courteous and it ended up being well worth the relatively short inconvenience. Their bid was very competitive and they gave a written guarantee."

"They saved me $$$ thousands of dollars. These people are great. I had a clogged drain so I call plumber. The plumber that fixed my drain said I needed a new sewer main. So I got five different bids. Axiom PDX gave me bid which was less than the others but was honest enough to tell me a new sewer line was not necessary."

"Great help with a stubborn kitchen clog. Friendly & explaining to me along the way (I had tried to plunge it myself). Thanks Dan, & Phil! (A different company responded with an AI scheduler so it was especially nice to get the human touch that Zoom Drain gives.)"

"They were very professional and courteous and clear regarding price"

"I highly recommend this company. I've dealt with a lot of plumbing issues in the past and had significant issues with most of them. Even before the appt Travis put my mind at ease by patiently answering all my questions. He and his dad were not only on time but early which i appreciated. They got right to work and were happy to explain what they were doing. They were efficient, professional and clearly knew their craft. When they were finished, they left the work area spotless. Travis even went the extra mile and brought my garbage cans in from the street which was a thoughtful touch. I would absolutely hire this company again."

"I had a Clorox toilet scrub pad stuck in the toilet. I was concerned about the problem it may have caused. Nolan came out and look at the problem. He flushed the toilet a few times and apparently the scrub pad may have gone down the sewage. To be sure, he also used his endoscope to look at the outside sewage line to confirm the water is flowing smoothly. There was no charge for coming out for his evaluation. I really appreciate his honesty, rather than just trying to make a few bucks. Thank you."

"Called on a Friday afternoon with sewer backup and Owen & co-worker arrived within a couple of hours and unclogged the line. They were very professional and friendly. I was pleased with their work but not with the news that tree roots were the cause and would require an expensive repair (excavation/partial sewer line replacement). Merry Christmas!"

"Robert was absolutely amazing. He figured out our problem and got it fixed. He also treated us with incredible compassion and empathy. The process were clear and reasonable. I am so grateful to have chosen D&F for my plumbing needs."
