"Taylor was very responsive when I first messaged about a repair for my pool pump. Very helpful and offered a solution to keep my costs down. Sounded great, however, I kept getting pushed out on the schedule. He kept blaming his tardiness to attend to the job on waiting for parts to arrive, I had to follow-up with him consistently for an update of when the work would be done. It took a week and a half past the initial date he said he would come, but this was fine and I was happy he was able to do the work. However, the pump is not working, it does not seem to be creating any suction or drawing enough power to circulate any water. I asked him for solutions or ideas on what I could dol, he told me that he was a book for a week and a half out. Since I have already paid, and my project should be done, I felt I should have been moved forward on his list. It is now been a week and I have texted him 4 times asking for an update, called and left a voicemail once, no response. The summer is going to be mostly over by the time the pool is running. Very disappointing when I began this process back in May. He seems like an inventive guy, willing to make cheaper solutions for his customers, but his lack of communication will ruin his business. I would not recommend him and truly wished I would now spend $200-300 for the next bid so I did not have to deal with this continuing headache of a pool pump that Will not run."
