"I was pleasantly surprised how quick the work was done. We had an original tankless water heater from 2005 and sadly it started leaking. Sutherland came out and we determined that we needed a new water heater. Our home the old tank was built in to our garage wall, so the new one was larger and not able to go into the wall. The did a beautiful job, making it look great and function wonderfully! I highly recommend using Sutherland for your plumbing needs!!"

"Working with D&F Plumbing was an excellent experience, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again should I need their services. We called about having a tankless gas water heater installed and Joe H. came out quickly and gave me a thorough and fair estimate - there were no surprises and every detail was explained. We needed to have a gas line run to the heater, the unit itself, and the work. It was all upfront and fair. Joe H and Will F. arrived right on time on the day we scheduled and they worked all day until the job was completed. They treated our house so carefully and were really pleasant while they worked - they didn' mind our dog supervising them all day either, she didn't mind the attention either. We kept peeking at the work and both Joe H. and Will F. were patient in explaining what they were doing and they genuinely seemed excited with us that we have a brand new, amazing tankless water heater. They left the basement cleaner than when they arrived, the tank looks great, the exhaust vents are perfect and this job could not have gone better for us. If it was difficult for them they didn't let us know. After the job was done both Joe H. and Will F. spent time going over what they had done, the basics of operating the unit, and answered all of our questions. "SKS PLUMBING was a very big help. I had my water heater all the sudden start leaking from the bottom. It halfway flooded my garage floor. I panicked because we had family coming in from out of town. I called a few places. Sam was able to be there same day and the price was also very competitive. He helped ease my worries and didn't try to sell me other stuff. I'm glad they had a cancellation and could squeeze me in. I got a high end water heater Bradford and an expansion tank as well , included. "The whole experience with 3 Mountains Plumbing was outstanding from Nicole at the office to Jon Marc and Peter, the plumbers. They originally scheduled me for an appointment 5 days out, but Nicole watched appointments carefully and moved my appointment to the same day I called. Jon Marc, the plumber, was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me different options, which allowed me to decide what worked best for me. He even gave me a teacher discount. After installing my water heater at 8:00 p.m. at night, he discovered a manufacturing problem with the water heater. He called another plumber, Peter. Peter was going off shift and was at the office, but got another water heater and brought it to my house so Jon Marc could install it! I think other plumbers would have said that they needed to come back the next day, but Jon Marc stayed until 10:00 p.m. installing the water heater.
