"I am so grateful to Sutherland Plumbing for quickly solving our problem. Thank you Courtney and Sean for fitting in the job on the same day so that we could turn our water back on! Top marks for responsiveness, communication and professionalism. Sean went the extra mile with some advice for improving our water heater. I hope we don't need any more plumbing repairs, but if we do, I will call Sutherland."

"He did good work. But afterwards I realized, I no longer have an external water spigot. When he did the repair I got water to my home but not to outside. I was charged $700.00 for $30.00 worth of pex pipe and fitting. I went online later and realized 200 ft of pex pipe and fittings $120.00. Here's a link [Link removed]"

"Working with D&F Plumbing was an excellent experience, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again should I need their services. We called about having a tankless gas water heater installed and Joe H. came out quickly and gave me a thorough and fair estimate - there were no surprises and every detail was explained. We needed to have a gas line run to the heater, the unit itself, and the work. It was all upfront and fair. Joe H and Will F. arrived right on time on the day we scheduled and they worked all day until the job was completed. They treated our house so carefully and were really pleasant while they worked - they didn' mind our dog supervising them all day either, she didn't mind the attention either. We kept peeking at the work and both Joe H. and Will F. were patient in explaining what they were doing and they genuinely seemed excited with us that we have a brand new, amazing tankless water heater. They left the basement cleaner than when they arrived, the tank looks great, the exhaust vents are perfect and this job could not have gone better for us. If it was difficult for them they didn't let us know. After the job was done both Joe H. and Will F. spent time going over what they had done, the basics of operating the unit, and answered all of our questions. I am sure Portland is filled with plumbers who are just as good, I doubt you'll find any better."

"SKS PLUMBING was a very big help. I had my water heater all the sudden start leaking from the bottom. It halfway flooded my garage floor. I panicked because we had family coming in from out of town. I called a few places. Sam was able to be there same day and the price was also very competitive. He helped ease my worries and didn't try to sell me other stuff. I'm glad they had a cancellation and could squeeze me in. I got a high end water heater Bradford and an expansion tank as well , included. I'd highly recommend them to anyone and I'll be calling them again in the future."

"EXCELLENT! It was a somewhat emergency call because my walls were being damaged by the water, and Matt replied right away to my call trying to fit me in. He text back and said one of his guys, Ryan, was available and on his way! Ryan was great! Courteous, professional, punctual (and bonus - he unclogged the bathtub drain!). Thank you for saving the day!"

"Anton was a genuine pleasure to work with. He is a consummate professional and the work he did for me was excellent. My relief valve on my hot water heater blew on the weekend. I put a request for service out on Angie on a Sunday morning, he responded about 30 minutes later and came by about an hour later with NO request for a weekend emergency fee. He was the first plumber of the respondents that I dealt with, but after about 30 minutes, I was confident he was he was a solid choice for the job. I was not disappointed. He had my hot water heater back in service on the initial visit, and the hot water tank replaced and all work completed by the following Wednesday (tank was over 15 years old). His pricing was very reasonable and his work and professionalism was top-notch. If I have any further plumbing needs, this is the only guy I will call."

"Put in request late last night and had a call first thing this morning and had a new hot water heater install shortly after lunch."

"Very fast response with high quality workmanship, professional and courteous personality. Fair prices when compared to other plumbing competitors.. I was always given options for possible solutions so I was able to make the final decision as how to proceed. Hired multiple times for both my personal residence as well as my rental property. Jobs include fixed broken underground water line, installation of plumbing fixtures and replacing clogged drain lines. I Highly Recommend this company and will gladly use them again when the need arises."

"I couldn't have asked for a better service person. Alex came for consultation on my electric hot water heater replacement. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and told me my water heater is fine. He is a true professional. He was very kind, pleasant and courteous, and gave me useful information about water heaters and installation issues in general. When my 10-year-old water heater quits for good, I know where to go. Thank you for the great work!"

"Management was helpful getting issues resolved, but this was a simple job that I thought about doing myself. Should have not needed to deal with less than experts considering how much it cost just to run a vent pipe through a roof."
