"The service provided by Danny at Murphy were amazing. He showed up ready to work. He communicate with me to let me know when he would be arriving, so I didn't have to wait around all day like you do for other people. He was able to diagnose the problem right away and got right to work on it. HE even let me assist so I can learn a thing or two. Danny worked hard the whole time he was there, and the best part was he stayed until the job was done. That meant he was working until 11pm. The work ethic Danny had was amazing. "We use Sears for pretty much all of our maintenance and won a huge contract, so they send out yearly for our maintenance when we have a problem. I don't know where the representation is coming from, but they're representing Sears. It costs $500 a year for 10 appliances. I would tell others not to let any of the contractors leave until they were satisfied. The first couple of times they sent folks out here that obviously had no clue as to what they were doing and particularly on the water softener. When the gentleman was no longer coming out here to do the maintenance, when the new person came out here, he did water testing and blah, blah, blah and he was like, "Who set your dial?" I was like, "It was you guys. This is the first time anybody has even done a water test. I was like, 'We couldn't even figure out how you guys would tell how much soft it needed to be because nobody had done this.'" So the new guy knew what he was doing, but the first guy didn't. Since then, the new guy, knows what he is doing. The first guy was a screw up."
