At one point he rejected tile that I had received because it was not flat, and he would not work with it because he felt that I would not be happy with the result. He was unfamiliar with the grout that I selected, and took the time to carefully read the directions and learn how to properly work with it before putting it down, which I appreciated. <br /> After the job was done I decided that I did not like some of the marble that I selected (my fault) and I had him come back and remove four pieces of marble and install four new pieces. He did not complain, and assessed the project carefully, and did the replacement perfectly.
