"<p>Had a problem with a nest of bees that made their home in the ceiling of a small bedroom. The house had been empty for many years and the hive was quite large. I had a beeman remove the hive, but it required him to cut a hole in the bedroom ceiling. So I needed someone to prevent the bees from returning, remove any remaining honeycomb, and repair the room.</p> <p>Unfortunately, I had trouble finding a contractor who was willing to work with me since I am located in New Jersey. Doug Weaver was willing to work with me. Since the house was empty, he could stop & start the project as he needed, but he did not delay in the repairs. He started before I expected him to, and I understand his workers even worked on weekends! (I have a neighbor who acts as caretaker & kept me up to date on the progress). We were able to communicate by phone to get the job done in a timely manner. I will be more than willing to work with Doug again, since my old house has many projects that still need completion!</p> <br />"

"Was having problems with some leaks in my roof and was looking into having it redone with shingles but the pricing was a little too high for my liking. A coworker who just had a metal roof installed on his own home from Marshall Construction, recommended them to me and I couldn't be happier. Everything went well start to finish. "<p>Crew arrived at 8am and immediately got to work, they had to clear hard crusted snow off the roof, One very nice young man came to the door introduced himself and explained the days work. They had the entire roofing done by 4pm. The cleanup was excellent as they walked the perimeter of house looking for any debris a number of times along with sweeping the driveway and walk way. Throughout the day they kept the work area neat and after leaving nothing was left behind except a very satisfied customer. The next day a young man returned to place a new gutter along with soffit facia wrap around flat roof. Another courteous worker who did top quality work. "The design of the tile went very well.  There were lots of cuts,  and we were very happy with the way the tile turned out.  We did not like the fact that the job was never completed.  The price included saddles for the areas where the kitchen floor meets the Living room, and where the kitchen floor meets the Family room.  This was never completed.  We have tried to call Lay It Down, but we get no response.  The floor has been done for over a month now, and they still have not come back to finish.  So basically it makes the entire area look bad. <br />"
