"Eric and Chris did an excellent job. Very professional and thorough. They fixed a number of problems I had with original installations when the house was built a few years ago. Including fixing problems with the universal remotes, outdoor sound system and security camera setup. In addition, they installed all new 4k cameras, moved the NVR into my server room and installed a nw Ring camera on my front door. Everything went extremely well and is working even better than expected. Will certainly use them in the future when needed for new projects. Highly recommended."

It was so kind and thoughtful; clearly above and beyond service. While we had a quote for much of the service, they offered additional items like moving the electrical outlets behind the TV for a reasonable price and mounting internet devices (Roku, Apple TV, Google Play) behind the TV so it’s out of view. I will amend this post with additional photos to share the quality of their execution. I recommend them to any homeowner or business. They take their time to do it right and leave the space spotless once the job is done. I’m so happy the other places we reached out to didn’t return our calls because we hit the jackpot with Empire."

"Inspected and took pictures of the dryer vent. Removed the existing 3” diameter dryer vent tubing. Cut a new hole lower in the wall. Taped over the old hole. Installed 4” diameter dryer vent tubing up through the roof of my one-story house. Installed a Dryerjack vent on the roof. Cleaned up everything. Total time about four hours. Parts cost about $100. Total cost $878. Everything went fine but in retrospect I overpaid."

"We replaced an existing alarm system with a Link Interactive system. It was very easy to install and the customer service was excellent during installation. The responsiveness of the system has been great so far. It’s also nice to have an alarm that can be managed remotely from an app. The price is a little higher than what we were paying, but I feel like the price is worth it."
