"Elpidio, the lead technician, was far more than just an installer. My situation was frustrating… and instead of pushing me into costly repairs and warning me of the terrible things that could happen to my dog if I didn’t, Elpidio was compassionate. We sat on the lawn together, petting the dog, as he shared with me the wise things he knew about dogs in general. I had been almost overwhelmed and Elpidio was kind and knowledgeable. This might sound ridiculous, but the end result was no fence! Of course freedom fence would be there with excellent service and a payment plan if need be… But my particular situation was not as dire as I originally thought. Honesty, integrity, and the kindness Elpidio showed speaks volumes about this company! "Fence (wire) and control box were installed in June. Puppy was collared and trained in July. We needed to postpone her training because she had surgery. Mr Smith was very accommodating. Thereafter we had issues with the control box beeping. Mr Smith returned and inspected the controller and wiring around the perimeter to identify the source of the alarm. Fixed! Patient, ethical, professional. Would recommend him to anyone."

Had used another company to add on to existing fence (Euro Fence and they did bad job on repairs) Phil the owner of Fence Factory came out for a quote next day got another comparable quote but went with Fence Factory and was very happy. They arrived on time did quality and sturdy repair work. Went above and beyond and even painted posts that was not on the estimate. Would definitely reccommend them. <br />"

"Emilio & Dottie are great to work with. From the estimate to any questions we had, they were prompt & professional. We were told right from the beginning that it would be about 2 months before the fence could be installed & it was scheduled & done in about 6.5 weeks. There was a small hiccup when they came to install. A lilac bush was in the way. Instead of digging it out & replanting, they started the fence in a different spot which resulted in a few extra panels that we had to pay for but not a big deal. We are very happy with our fence & so is our dog :-)"

"I had them come by for an estimate. I asked them how much for installation if I got my own pvc fence. He told me doesn't really do that and he would have to speak to the owner, but I would be better off ordering the panels from there catalog. Seemed kind of shady to me. Anyway he asked for my email and said he would send me an estimate. It's been about a week and I haven't heard from them. <br />"
