"I would not recommend their service. I already knew the problem before the technician came out. I needed a belt replacement and he said the belt needed replacing since it was older and brittle. I do not remember him saying anything about the motor needing replacing...BUT since it was an older piece of equipment that you could get a Lowe's he could not help me BUT could replace with a new unit for >$800. So for a service fee of >$69, I could purchase a new unit or buy a belt at Lowe's."

They offered same day service but at emergency call prices, so we decided to accept a Monday appointment instead. The technician showed up within a pre-arranged three hour window, quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair plus an additional repair to a hinge. He also lubricated the torsion springs and various moving parts on the door. It took about 30 minutes. The technician was very professional throughout the visit."
