"I was on the market for a security system and this one seemed easy enough to install.......went through the process and some of the window sensors were not working. I called Customer Support who was very friendly and we went through the entire process again...this time other window sensors did not work. This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."

"This company is a fraud and will steal your money from your account and not provide any services! Ask me how I know? Because I am a living witness I informed them the system was not working and it was blacked out and service was not needed anymore. Yet they continued to withdrawal money from my account. I hope the money they have taken from a single mother striving to provide for her kids was useful and given to someone who has less than what I have at this moment. Who just takes from people and sleeps good at night this company? Run far away do not engage in their services it’s BS! Laura was the customer service agent who giggled as I told her how inhumane they were and has been very unhelpful throughout this process. Money was paid but I did not get any services for months they have taken my money."

"The Smart Home features they installed, such as thermostat and door locks, etc. do not always work. For example, the Honeywell thermostat can no longer be operated from our phones and is difficult to install. Remote door locks are also unpredictable."

"I had just about given up on trying to find someone to install a water heater, so I decided to go through Home Depot's contractor service. They referred me to MCS for the install. I was contacted the very next morning. I had to send a few photos of my current heater. They gave me the price over the phone, which they honored. I had to pay a little extra to bring everything up to code. The tech (who never told me his name) was very professional, cleaned up after himself, and, as far as I can tell, did not damage anything else in the process. He explained what I needed to know about my new heater. I'm enjoying not running out of hot water when I shower!"
