"Trinity has done nothing but mislead and not communicate with me. Everything was wonderful while they were being paid but the communication from the sales *** and the ******************* is far below average it an issue comes up. They busted my driveway right at the entrance.I have the video of it happening. They are saying it wasn't their fault even though they backed up put padding down then drove over it. Why wasn't that done in the first place. I was also told my little shed was included by the ***. The day before instal he called and said it couldn't be included. What they did respond to fast was the day I called to say I had the insurance check. They were very fast to respond and come pick that up And cash it. Yet didn't start the job for a month."

"We had this company do roof vent and boot replacements last April. We recently discovered a water leak mark on the ceiling directly below one of those vents replaced. Been attempting to recontact the company to have them review and they will not respond to me. So far, not very good service after the sale. ? Update 1/3/2026 This is a Part 2 review, as I recent posted a 2-Star review for this company and ownership due to lack of response to multiple inquiries that went unanswered to investigate a leaking roof vent related to product that they installed on my home in April 2025. At that time, they sold me on updating ALL of the roof vents and boots, which I agreed in order to keep them consistent with each other. Not only did this company choose to perform the work prior to my approval AND do while no one was at the house - but now, as I learned today from another roofing expert that inspected my home for the previously mentioned leak, I am now advised that the vents were NOT installed correctly and that they may all eventually leak. Thus, now I will need to spend far more money to not only fix the vents that this company installed, but also pay to remedy multiple leaks caused by the inferior work previously done. Because of this, downgrade my previous review to 1-Star. Not recommended."

"Yes Gerardo and his crew did an amazing job. We were fully impressed with the work that was done, so much so that that we recommended him to our friends and neighbors. His approach also was very friendly and he was willing to answer any questions we had about the project . He did a lot of the interior work also for us not only painting the interior walls but also they did the flooring for us. We also had them replace a some of our windows. He put in some very nice touches by installing some beautiful lights outside and inside. Our deck was falling apart and considering our budget we opted for a nice stair way leading to the backyard. The money we allocated for the deck we also used that to have Gerardo and his crew put up an extension to our roof in the back. All in all they are very talented and I would highly recommend them for your next project."

"I’m not quite sure what is taking so long to get any updates from this company. I’ve been waiting for an update on the siding being painted, touch ups they missed to be fixed, have their interior team fix the walls their crew punched nails through the wall, broke the frame of our kitchen window, and pick up the materials that have been blocking our driveway since the start of the project. It took them three weeks from the initial pick up date I was given for their team to pick up and confirm that the honey bucket had been taken from our property. Of course I had to call them to follow up and actually get it picked up. All of this to basically summarize that if you want your siding done in a timely manner and to work with a cohesive team that values communication and their customers as much as theirs salesman Brad told us they do, then find another company aside from Pacific Exteriors."

"Joey was very to the point. Didn’t drag out a he presentation. Thoroughly inspected the roof inside and out. Worked with us on the right materials and quote. Price definitely fit our budget."

"It went exactly as promised. Aaron came out for a quote when he said he would. After comparing his quot to others, it was the second to lowest. When we settled on a date, his crew showed up right when he said they would, and they finished a day earlier than expected. They did a great job cleaning up the site, and the roof looks great. There was damage to the roof decking, and Aaron's crew told us exactly how much material would be needed and what the costs would be before starting. Their estimates were spot-on, and the price came in within the range of Aaron's original quote. They subcontract the gutters. The company that came out is also local. They were similarly punctual, arriving the day they said they would, and completing the gutter installation in even less time than quoted. I have another roofing job that needs to be done in the next year or so, and I won't hesitate to call Aaron back."
