"Sta-Built Construction can do it all! We wanted to make our back yard more livable with a solid foundation for a hot tub and gazebo. We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. The bid for the amount of the work done was competitive with other companies. We trusted Sta-Built to do the job right, and they came through with flying colors. Pro Lawn Care Etc., Inc., has been providing top quality work for homeowners and businesses since 2000. We specialize in high quality maintenance and irrigation.
"We are having well problems. We called a well company. They said they thought the problem was an irrigation leak. Since we had lawn pro out to change heads and adjust irrigation system I called them. I left 3 messages. None were returned. I finally got a guy on the phone and they said they would come out on Friday first customer. I get a call on Friday afternoon wanting to reschedule for Saturday. I agree. It is 4:15 on Saturday and no call from them. I have left 3 voicemails. Meanwhile our well is going dry and not enough water to irrigate and landscaping is drying up. $10,000 plus just to replace dead plants. Very irresponsible company."

We have many years of experience in hardscaping and more importantly a lot of installed projects ranging from paver patios, artificial turf, driveways, retaining walls, seat walls, garden walls, drainage, fences, decks. You will not find better craftsmanship anywhere and we keep our pricing low because we are not interested in becoming a huge company that pays big salaries for project managers / architects / excessive office people. Our process starts with a FREE estimate a sketch design to scale and will provide a detailed proposal before we leave the appointment, there is no waiting. When your ready 10% gets you on the schedule and in line for installation. We are flexible on payment and have several options. Our install schedule never gets too far out from us because we know how important it is to have that balance with clients. Who wants to throw down a deposit and wait 3-6 months sometimes longer!? We are 3-4 weeks out year round with 3 crews working hard.
"We had a large backyard project completed by ND Brick Pavers at the end of 2021 (Jose and Ryan were our main contacts). We had a really frustrating experience of poor communication and work not being done as requested. We had a lot of back and forth and yet still did not get the result we wanted. Ultimately, the main things we were concerned about came to fruition--there are pavers that are wobbly and not level, there are pavers that create a bowl and trap water creating lakes in our patio and our grass area is basically a swimming pool all winter because they did not provide adequate drainage despite our repeated encouragement/concern. Our fence is now being damaged due to their workmanship putting pressure on it, leading to more money needing to be spent down the road. Despite their "warranty", they have not returned multiple emails from me saying I'd like to discuss the issues. All in all, it is very frustrating to have spent so much money (and time) on a project only to have it do"
