"They were prompt and meticulous with the concrete work, which looked great. They convinced me that I should also seal the concrete pad and tint it to mitigate the harsh whiteness of the concrete. I decided to take a chance on this and was absolutely delighted with the results. With the tinting, the pad blended in much better with the vegetation, and it added to the curb appeal of the house, which we were planning to put on the market. The tinting was well worth the extra cost. They also recommended tinting the new concrete, and the results were equally good. My lesson is that ANB will try to sell extra services, but their recommendations are thoughtful and worth considering.

Very personable and friendly with the neighbors - very important on a job like this with a driveway between two neighboring households. Our garage pad needed a lot more excavation and structural (footing) support increasing the cost of the original bid with a fair price. "they came out and did the bid, lowest price of 4 companies. Gonzalez measured it out, and walked me through what I wanted. Only took 2 days to rip out maybe 100 sq feet of old concrete, frame in the newer larger size i wanted. The job was pretty intense and in my back yard, so they had to build a ramp across my steps for the wheel barrows. They cleaned up after and I am very satisfied with the overall job!"

"I received a phone call from the contractor at 8:11 am asking if I was home. The contractor was scheduled for 9 am. A little early is great but that was too much. My dad met them at the house to let them in for me since I wasn't in the area. I purchased 8 man hours of remodeler labor. I had a list of things to do, with two window installations (including framing them out) as the priority. Two men showed up and did very high quality work. I was a little disappointed that it seemed like there was only one man really working for four hours, and his helper who really just handed him tools. They went 15 minutes over their allotted four hours and I don't believe I'll be charged for it, but there hasn't been a chance for them to send me a final bill yet, if they have one. The work was done really well. It looks perfect, so overall, I'm pleased and my expectations were met, but the time could have been better utilized, so I will not be hiring them again."

".Although Jake is a very nice person, he needs to communicate!!!!!! Before we agreed on a price, there were times that we didn't hear from Jake for 2 weeks. The previous rating was a little generous. 
   Now, 8 months later, we had Jake install a new kitchen faucett. The hot and cold water lines under the sink were put on backwards. Example: left knob is cold--right knob hot. Called him on the phone ( he was actually reached) and explained the problem. He said he would return the following day. Nothing. I have left him 3 messages to call me-no return calls. If you want to hire this company, beware of no return calls.

He is a perfectionist who will make changes until the work is perfect and met our standards. From demolition of our old deck to designing our large 729sf trex deck with custom cable railing, Jose made the process easy and accessible. During the whole process, he was easy to get a hold of with any questions. He kept us updated with all phases of the build. After completion, there were a couple minor changes that needed fixing.
