I like the fact that I can check, arm and disarm the system remotely. I receive a text very quickly every time the alarm is armed or disarmed. There is a monthly fee of $39.99 and the basic cost of the kit was $99.00, a motion detector, panel, camera equipped motion detector, 4 door alarms, a panic button key fob, stickers and signs."

Explained all my options and even helped through some customization between having a residence here and a cabin there and getting the right channels for over in Cle Elum. We needed to have this installed on a weekend and they guaranteed they could do it and would call on their drive over from Puyallup to Cle Elum. Install was on time and our installer actually called before they showed up at 7 am on a Saturday just like they committed. He went through all our install options and helped us pick the right location after taking our future additions into consideration. After the install he took the right amount of time to explain to my wife (not tech savvy) all the options and how to work everything. "Initially our sales person Jeff had gotten the impression that I just wanted them to do the install of the generator and we would do the rest and he gave us a quote for that.  So they are flexible on how much or little they do on the project. <br /> However, I explained to Jeff I wanted to pay one invoice and have them handle everything and that is just what happened. They got the permits, took care of the gas plumber, did the job with true craftsmanship and got the inspectors out here to check the work. <br /> Brent was our electrician and ran the job on-site. They were all extremely courteous and took special care to keep our carpets clean and clean up after themselves. I work from home and Brent took special care to minimize the disruption to my work. I think my computers were down an hour at most for the whole project. The electrical panels are all cleanly wired and labeled. Brent even labeled the wires coming out of the panel. Brent patiently explained it all to me and answered every one of my questions and concerns very well. <br /> We are thrilled with their work. Even the electrical inspector was impressed! <br /> I will absolutely be calling them back for our next project!"
