"Brian and his crew returned to my building on a warranty followup- their previous work done wonders for my flooding problems, but my foundation walls are apparently made of swiss cheese and there was one small seepage problem remaining which only shows up during a "100 year rain event".  Brian indicated that they go for 100%, not 99% and scheduled time to come back out to my building to address the issue under the warranty (a.k.a. free of charge) from the original work.  They came back out, dug up the foundation again, and found a crack hidden behind an old hasty concrete patching job that had been tarred over, which was determined to be causing the remaining seepage.  They repaired the crack and were done with the whole task in only hours.  I am a repeat customer, and can't say enough good things about Crawlspace and Basement Waterproofing solutions, they are friendly, helpful, and most of all, stand behind their work!

"We had the springs replaced 1st, and the service we received made it an easy call to have them back to do our new GDO. The guys were honest, they came early on both occasions, which was a blessing, and walked me through everything they did, and why they did it. "Andiry came out a couple of times.  I finally decided to do concrete (I had been debating on whether to replace with landscaping blocks).  its about 40 feet long, 3 feet wide, needed to be pitched correctly, and the old walkway had to come out.  Andiry came out on a Saturday (on time) to write the contract, and started work 2 days later.  It was done 5 days later.  It looks great, and the work site was cleaned up.  there is a bit of a language barrier, but it's easy to work through.

"Excellent work! We were very happy with the whole remodeling process. The crew did an amazing job with the kitchen and bathroom. Everything is better than we hoped. Will be going with them again after the quote we got for our roof."

"They did an excellent job, did it in a timely manner, the only thing my husband complained about was that they didn't clean the gutters as well as they should have. They had to use a cement mortor mix to repair the chimney. There were three leaks above the chimney and since they've restored it, it's been fine. They came and took about 2-3 days to complete the work, they even came on the weekend to finish the job."

"Overall, it went well with just one glitch. The power washing went fine, but they didn't clean up afterward as well as they could have/should have. To their credit, when I called, they responded by coming out within 24 hours to take care of that problem. They also -on a different date - replaced quite a few bricks that had been broken for years. Again, my only complaint is that the clean-up could have been better as they left some pieces of broken bricks on the patio edges, and there were a couple of other places where they could have added sand around the bricks - which they did in many places, but not all. In general, they were prompt and cordial and easy to work with."

"We've had at least 5 companies look at our basement - all with a different diagnosis, solution, and price (in fact, I'd forgotten we'd had Brad out before; but when I checked my file there was indeed a report he had given us last time that is still valid). He said we don't have to have the work done at this time as long as we periodically check the basement walls and there is no further movement, or when we want to sell. When we are ready to have the work done, we'll call this company."
