"Let me commend Albert Guerra for the service he provided to us in diagnosing and repairing our clogged wash-machine drain pipe. He worked parts of two days to solve the problem. On the second day he arrived with a helper who brought along a high-technology snake camera that they used it to discover a broken-off rubber nozzle that had somehow gotten into the drain pipe and made its way down past a couple of bends, drastically reducing capacity. After asking permission, they removed a small section of the wall and replaced the affected section of pipe.
