"This is a good professional tree service.
They ate arborists so they know how to care for the trees, verses the many unlicensed tree trimmers that constantly try to get our business.

"I spent $500 to remove 3 stumps, which took George about an hour. I probably should have bargained with him, because in retrospect $500 seems like a lot for 1 hours worth of pick and shover work."

"Trimmed our overgrown mulberry tree that was leaning onto the roof, and the neighbor's yard. They came once and trimmed, we decided the next day to pay for a few more branches removed, and they came back promptly that week. Price was reasonable both times--sorry, can't remember what we paid, but it was lower than other tree guys. We'll hire again when this giant mulberry gets too big again."

"We first had Mr. Williams treat our pine tree in 5/23. His work was excellent. He came back a week later to finish. At the time he told my husband that he would come back in 6 months to check the tree. We started calling in 11/23 to schedule the follow-up. Many calls and emails later we got a reponse. Mr. Williams came to our home on 1/30 to look at the tree. He said that his top man, JJ, would come out at 830am on 1/31. He was misdirected by the office and arrived at 10am. His work was very good. Mr Williams arrived at the end of his work. At no time in May or on the 30th did Mr. Williams mention that we would be charged another 750 dollars."

"Best contractor I have worked with personally and professionally! Reyes' attention to detail, customer service and communication is professional, friendly and courteous. He kept us informed of progress, met deadlines and was responsible and responsive. His prices are fair and reasonable for the work ethic and commitment to the projects he and his team completed for us. We will be using his services for future landscape projects and our home is coming along beautifully thanks to El Jardinero."

"Otero landscaping installed two trees on our property, did some leveling, prepping and sodding, also installed a sprinkler system, and some slope landscaping in three different areas around our house. Most of the slope landscaping did well, except for one area that did not do so well. They returned to see how they could fix this one area but it just never took. It may have been that we have really bad soil in that particular slope among other factors. We are very happy with the sod/lawn that they installed using a new designer sod: RTF. It is self repairing so if we get brown spots from the dogs, it will grow back in in a few weeks. This grass also grows fast. The trees are a palm tree and a shade tree in the back. they are also doing well. They also installed a railroad tie wall around the new lawn. We were pretty happy with the work. The job was originally supposed to take a week, but ended up taking two weeks. Of course we also kept adding more work to the original job. The owner if very nice and willing to fix anything that the customer is unhappy with or wants do to differently than the original plan."
