It took a little time to get them out to give an estimate and to get the project launched but they recommended that we paint the house with a semi-gloss, I guess, maybe even a gloss and I had painted it before with a flat, I was initially kind of concerned about that but I like the way that it looks, I think they did a very good job. After it was over, they came and did a walk through inspection and we noticed 1 or 2 things and they came back right away and attended to those so I would be happy to recommend them."

"I live in Maryland and rent out a double wide to tenants in Fort White Florida. The tenants had been complaining of exorbitant electric bills. I called Clay Electric out to the home to try and determine what was going on. They surmised it could be some sort of water leak. The trailer uses well water and the pump in the shed kept turning on and off constantly. <br /> I found David Brown Enterprises here on Angies List, and called them out to the home. David instantly determined the problem to be that 2 toilets were constantly running due to faulty flushing mechanisms. He replaced them and put in 2 brand new rubber flappers. He only charged me $95. The pump would constantly kick on and off to keep up with the running water. Now that the problem is fixed I'm hopeful the electric bill will be decreased dramatically. <br /> David could have taken advantage of my being an absentee landlord. However, he did not. In addition to being honest and knowledgable, his price was fair. When they simply returned my call they were already heads and shoulders above the crowd, as many contractors in Columbia County do not even return calls. They have remodeled our entire kitchen (removed our whole old kitchen and replaced it with a brand new kitchen including appliances, exhaust, backsplash, etc) - it looks perfect, which I NEVER say. I have no conflict of interest....I am tired of contractors who don't do a good job so when I found Dwight, I was ecstatic.
