"West Shore installed an acrylic shower surround system. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and not high pressure. West Shore offered a 25% discount, a military discount, and 12-month, 0% financing. The project was scheduled quickly and completed in two days. The installers were very careful and cleaned up reasonably well. The installer pointed out a defect in material and ordered a replacement part prior to leaving. We carefully inspected the work post installation and found a few minor items plus we were not satisfied that the shower pan anti-slip surface was satisfactory. Aislin of Customer service took note of our issues and advised that they could add a non-skid coating at no extra charge. The service tech (Tim White) came out three days ago and addressed all of our issues promptly and to our satisfaction. This project was completed in about 1-1/2 months from contract signing to final touches. Aislin called yesterday to check on our satisfaction and reassured us that West Shore stands behind their products and workmanship."

"We had Ferguson Home Improvements return to our home to paint our sons bedroom and install a ceiling fan.  The room was a 12 x 12 room and our son had been in there as a baby.  So you could imagine the holes from posters, pictures, and just wear and tear. "We purchased the unlimited consultation package. Amanda is very friendly and professional. We struggled because we were looking for someone to consult with out of the box ideas. Once she understood our vision she could move forward, but innovation was not her strength. We paid an additional amount for drawings. These were detailed, and while not all changes were made as requested, we were able to get some value from them. In hindsight, I would not pay $99 for drawings. Any cabinet retailer will do these for you for free, which I did not know until afterwards. The company wants you to spend time telling them about your style, which ours is Country French. The first cabinet rendition we received was black expresso. We did a complete kitchen tear out so this may work fine for smaller jobs or if you have done this before. It just didn't work for us with distance and what we needed. I was able to find someone locally that sold the cabinets we wanted and she was a wealth of information and things moved much faster. Good luck to HMD. It's a good idea and the person we dealt with we liked personally."

"2 gentleman from Walls Construction and Handyman came out and cleaned gutters thoroughly. While there they did free roof inspection and found that 2 roof boots were cracked. They notified me and I told them to go ahead and repair them. They are one of the most outstanding companies I have ever had come out and do work on my house. Greg Maratto was very polite, experienced and just an over all joy. The office staff was also very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend using this company for any of your construction/handyman needs.
