I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

Found fridge could not be fixed but checked on original warranty and determined was placed in service 5 years and 3 months ago on a 5 year warranty! Advised as to what to look for on new purchase. If something goes with my heating, plumbing, air conditioning, and appliances in the house, then it covers everything mechanical that can be repaired, or replaced. It is a pretty good warranty, and I have used it few times. They charge $25 to show up, and evaluate to see if it falls under the warranty. Multiple times, I don't get anyone to show up to the house for less than $100-$150, when it comes to these types of things. They charge $25 for a service call fee. Every time I have used them, warranty had covered it. They had done $230 worth of warranty cover work to my air conditioning system. It is a good program. They have very extensive warranty compare to the electric company. During the emergency or if the device or appliance had stopped working completely, then they show up on time."
