Getting permitting in line and scheduling the install with Brittanie was a breeze. She was also awesome about communicating any updates as soon as she had them. Install: We got shadowbox fencing installed in our backyard, and the quality of work was great. Parts of our backyard/neighboring yard have mature vegetation (40+ year-old monster bougainvillea), and the install team was able to work around them and let us know of any trimming they had to do. "The entire process went well and was very smooth. Mark came out to our home to measure the pool (36 feet) and show us the choice of materials he could use to include color and density of screen and gates as well as to educate us about the product. He brought a book of photos which showed a variety of choices (colors, visibility of different types of screen, and gates) which we used as a reference to ask questions. We contacted 2 other Angie's List providers of this service each of whom gave us a price per foot cost over the phone. I She said that all I needed to do was measure the area I wanted covered and they would schedule an appointment for an installer to come out. I asked if I could come see the product at their warehouse and she said of course! Any time your in the area. So I did just that, was satisfied with what I saw and was told about the product so I went home and measured the area and set up an appointment. Jose was the installer and he was very nice, professional, on time and explained things to me as her went along.
