"Went great and was a great experience from the sales man to the installation. The salesman wasn’t pushy, didn’t try to up sell us but listened to our needs and reasons for updating. We replaced all our windows that were the original 40 year old aluminum single pane, the original sliding glass door, and had a storm door replaced with a solid door. "There was no follow up by the salesman or the company employees. I had to initiate contact many, many times to get the work done. The installers also destroyed my camera which they were using (at my request) to document their work. I was reimbursed for the loss. The installation was done in the first week of January. I called the company again on march 20th to schedule the test . Again, there was no call back, no follow up. They scheduled the test for April 4th. Four months after the work was done!!! The work and the final testing has been done and the work is now complete."
