"They could not come out. It was a Sunday night so only had one team of plumbers working and they were on another job. Ours was an emergency, water running heavily because of broken water main valve. so we could not wait till next day to get water shut off and had to call someone else."

"Sang, the owner came a couple of weeks ago and did an evaluation of our needs.  He was excellent and arrived on time.  Very knowledgeable about our issues and give us recommendations on toilet etc.  The toilet fit great and had a similar foot print so it looks great.  Our toilet was 65 years old so you can imagine the work that needed to be done would take a plumber with lots of experience.  Tom did the actual work and we were pleased.  He arrived on time, went over the work that we needed to be done. Tom was  very neat and clean and had respect for our home.  He wore shoe covers and when the work was done cleaned up.Tom took his time and did not rush through the work.  He was at our home for about 4 hours due to the older fixtures etc.  He communicated with us frequently so we knew status.
Sang is coming over this week to go over a couple of issues that we need to discuss.
We had experience with other plumbers before and they never met our high expectations.  Cornerstone Plumbing is a keeper.
