They removed the old fence and posts, dug new ones and put up the new fence in about 5 hours. I wasn't home when the crew finished and I was unhappy when I got home with the height of the fence fabric on the gates, the muddy mess they left on the sidewalk and the the way one corner was done. I contacted the office and within an hour, the crew was back and adjusted everything that I had a problem with. Love being able to text a company and get an answer. "This one-star rating is generous! We are seven weeks into a four-day job at our house! The have been back three times to finish the job and it is still not done. My back yard is a mud pit! I have been informed by the "office" that it will take two more weeks before I can be put on the schedule for a crew to come back. The crew is working from their Lancaster office, and the managers won't return phone calls and are hiding behind the receptionist. I work just a few miles from their Lexington office, so I decided to pop in and talk to a different person only to find out that there is no staff in this office. The website for the Lexington office has a picture of the building and posted hours of 9 am to 6 pm, but it is just a building with mailboxes and a few shared meeting rooms used by several companies. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Think twice before hiring USS!"
