Get matched with top metal siding: repairer or partially replacers in Bellerose, NY

"Water started leaking from a bedroom ceiling… Even though the leak was probably coming from the chimney flashing, I knew the roof was old enough for replacement. Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

"Great job cleaning the siding. Great communication"

"Step 1 for my project was replacing the original soffits, trim and gutters. My house is much better now that those things have been replaced. Step 2 will be having them replace my original siding. I like their products and ability to communicate through the multi step process."

"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/ny/forest-hills/royal-roofing-and-siding-reviews-8742530.htm We had a leak that kept showing up after heavier rain and couldn?t figure out exactly where the water was getting in. Royal Roofing and Siding came out, checked the area, and found that the flashing along one section of the roof had started failing. They showed us what they found before doing anything and explained how they planned to repair it. They removed the problem section, replaced the flashing and sealed everything back up. The crew was easy to deal with and didn?t leave a mess around the house when they finished. We?ve had a few pretty heavy rains since the repair and haven?t seen the water come back. Glad we were able to fix the actual problem without turning it into a much bigger roofing job."

"Mik came & made suggestions. He gave an estimate on Monday. the job started on Saturday(my request). Border wall taken down & rebuilt in one day! Due to weather he did my steps Tuesday & pressure washed everything on Wednesday. They did a wonderful job, Mik was always stopping by to check on things. Can't say enough about the great job they did! Would definitely hire again!"

"After Hurricane Sandy, half of my mother's roofing shingles had blown off of her home as well as causing chimney damage and a water leakage problem from the chimney into the interior of her kitchen. After checking Angie's List for contractors, I hired City Wide Construction & Renovation.
After viewing the damage, Mr. Nadeem Mughal gave me a very good estimate for all of the repairs. His crew were always on time; they worked expeditiously and neatly and all were very respectful to Mom. Nadeem was a pleasure to speak with and was always courteous and professional with anything I asked of him. They matched the shingles as perfectly as they could, and the roof never looked so good.
They patched and repaired the leak coming into the kitchen which had caused damage to the wallpaper. After repairing the leak, they removed the damaged wallpaper; they supplied the wallpaper glue and then cut the portion of the wallpaper that Mom had saved, and patched that portion of the wall so well, that you cannot even see where the damage had been.
All three problems were beautifully repaired, and Mom and I are both very pleased. Nadeem guarantees all of his work for 5 years, and THAT alone says a lot about the contractor. I would highly recommend Nadeem and his men. Job well done.

"Rich gave me a competitive estimate to replace my roof (full ripoff), skylights and gutters. He also noted some vinyl siding damage caused by squirrels and agreed to repair it since they also do siding. He was very relaxed and personable and made a good impression so I decided to go with him. I had already talked with another Angie List A+ rated contractor who spent the whole time badmouthing all other roofers. Very obnoxious. Dormer Doctor performed the job over 2 days and it came out terrific. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone."

"It was a difficult project requiring the removal of current siding, then significant patching, sanding and carpentry to prepare the original clapboard for paint. The crew was very hard working and super creative when it came to solving problems. They showed up on time every day and finished the project according to schedule. The price was very reasonable and no surprise charges. We are very pleased with AAA and would highly recommend them."

"We needed a new roof in days not weeks and we were getting quoted sky high prices. Seci Construction not only came in with the lowest bid from a master elite roofer but they set us up to start work in days not weeks. When it was raining heavily on the day we picked, Seci Construction came in on the next day, a Sunday, to get the work done. When it started to drizzle on Sunday, they kept putting on the roofing through the rain. Cesi Construction will tell you to be there when they do the work and they are right. Once the shingles came up, Cesi Construction offered to replace all of our 3/8" panels with 1/2" panels. This would have doubled the price of the job, so we checked the state code and found that 3/8" was good enough, so we said to stick with what we had, and there was no argument. Cesi Construction worked two days, started on a Sunday, worked through the rain, and got us a brand new beautiful roof."
