"NYC Plumbing, Heating, and Drain Cleaning was hired to clear a main drain blockage. They responded quickly and gave me a reasonable quote. They arrived in a timely manner and resolved the problem within a few minutes. I was informed of the issue and was told that the main drain was snaked out both going into the home and out to the street. I highly recommend them for any drain blockage work you may need."

"Billy and his crew were an absolutely pleasure to work with. They exceeded my expectation to replace my boiler and hot water heater along with associated piping in record time working in concert with the GC to complete all work in 3 days. The finished work was neat and clean correcting errors with my original installation. All debris was removed each day. He ensured I was satisfied, kept me informed of the progress and what to expect. Upon leaving he made recommendations to have all my air valves replaced in my radiators and encouraged me to call with any questions. I appreciate the care he and his crew took with my home."

"I had an excellent experience with this plumber. I called them for a severely clogged drain that was causing water to back up, and they responded quickly and professionally. The plumber arrived on time, inspected the issue, explained the cause of the clog, and fixed it efficiently. What impressed me most was their professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail. They made sure the drain was completely cleared, tested everything before leaving, and left the work area clean. The pricing was fair, and there were no surprise charges. "Val, Is the most understanding human being I've met. He listened to my rant regarding my issue & made me pump my breaks. I was at my wits end & Val told me he was coming to help. He sent Robert, Robert is an amazing human being, he calmed my soul. He calmed me down & told me not to worry. He said he would fix it & he did just as he said. He had empathy/compassion for me & that went a long way. He cleaned up after & was very professional. I will tell the world about 24 Seven Plumbing, INC. Never will I call another plumber in my life. Thank you Val/Robert."

"My hot water tank was leaking and I was getting worried that it might burst. reached out to Angie's list and lucky for me that out of the many companies who could have called me. It was HSM piping and heating who called within 15 minutes. A gentleman by the name of Ackeno was asking me many questions, but all along he could hear the concern in my voice of how worried I was. At 8:00 PM. He drove the 45 minutes to my house looked at my situation and assured me all would be well until a new water heater tank was installed. Ackeno was very professional, polite, and most of all honest when it came to what the cost would be, and what he needed to do. Within 24 hours my new tank was installed. The old one was very corroded and had served me well for the 12 years that I had it. No one wants to have to replace a hot water tank but if you do Ackeno and his team will make it the most worry, free, and pleasant experience possible. For anyone needing plumbing, piping or heating work in your home or business I strongly recommend calling Ackeno at 631-507-1000. You will be glad you did."
