"They totally ripped me off. I paid $18,000 and got extorted and threatened over and over again for more money. The original quote had a description of everything they did. It was a nasty bait and switch. My bank refused to wire additional funds when it was to someone's home. They said it was a scam. The company now has my things in storage. They will not tell me or the police where my goods are and I now have to sue them."

"Movin from Bakersfield to Los Angeles felt like a huge task for me because I had a 3 bedroom house packed with heavy furniture, fragile glassware, and so many boxes. I thought for sure it would be a nightmare. But Mario and his crew made the entire process surprisingly smooth and even pleasant. They arrived right on time, smiling and ready to work. First thing they did was walk through each room with me, asking which items needed the most care. My dining set and a big dresser were my biggest worries, but they wrapped each piece in thick blankets, secured the corners, and carried them out so carefully that I didn?t see a single scratch. What impressed me the most was their teamwork. For the upstairs bedrooms, they carried boxes down narrow stairs without hittin the walls or rushing. At the new house, they helped carry everything back upstairs again, and even asked where exactly I wanted each box to go. That saved me hours of sorting later. Mario himself noticed a box marked ?fragile"

"Overall good experience. Only reason for 4 stars instead of five was due to some of the furniture requiring reassembly due to the movers assembling some items incorrectly. Though we were pleasantly surprised by the four man moving team rather than the 3 man we originally planned for, would ask that all members on site are working as there was only one member who consistently took breaks while the other members worked. Was told that all furniture would be disassembled however this was not the case. Would ask that there be more consistency from what the management office promises will be done and what the mover team does."

"Moving from one residence to another in the same community - less than 2 miles driving distance. It was a small 2 bedroom move. It took the two movers all day. They broke almost every piece of my furniture - even a solid oak armoire. One mover (Francis) literally let go of the armoire and let it roll down the ramp until it hit the street. The same mover (Francis) had my computer in the back of the truck. He plugged it in and was doing something on it which included putting a CD-ROM into the drive and typing something. I couldn’t login to my computer after that. Even Apple Support could not help me get logged in. The other mover put the flat screen TV on the dresser instead of on the armoir as I asked him to do. Moving a good size flat screen TV is hard for a female senior citizen. Also, two large wooden bookcases disappeared during this move. And they up charged me for extra time after goofing off in the afternoon. Plus there was no one to complain to at the company toward the end of the move. It was after hours apparently. I know there must be many moving crews at this company, but the one I had was awful. When I called to complain I was told to just file a claim and if some of the damages were approved, they would pay 60 cents (or some paltry amount) a pound for items damaged beyond repair. No offer was made to do repairs. The woman I talked to about these issues said she was a family member in the owner’s family. I don’t know if she was a part owner or not. I do not recommend this company."
