It was all done in less than 8 hrs. and they were prompt. We highly recommend this company if you need a garage door replaced or repaired. They very much deserve the AL Super Service Award."

"Overall, it was a great experience working with A-1 Door Systems. They arrived on time in cold, snowy weather. The person that repaired the garage door was polite, professional, and finished the job quickly. The price was great too, it cost $265 to replace 2 garage door springs."

"They reached out immediately and explained their process. Our timelines didn't align but I would recommend considering them for high quality door replacements."

"This was one of the most pleasantly surprising repairman episodes I have ever had. It started when I called the company and the person I talked to understood immediately what my problem was, and said he would have "Brian" out to fix it within 2 hours. Brian showed up right on time after giving me a call to say exactly when he would be coming. He assessed my situation, had a better idea than I did for what was needed, and he promptly set about fixing it. He explained everything as he went along, taking pride in what he was doing. When he finished that, he did a complete inspection of my garage door operations, explaining to me what he was looking for. He sprayed things that needed it, and explained to me what to spray, and which places should get silicone spray and which WD 40. The work was guaranteed. The bill was very fair, and my $10 off coupon was cheerfully accepted."

"Repairman showed up promptly since 12'x12' would not close. After reviewing old doors condition said it needed new cables. Old cables were not the problem so I fixed door myself. Took me all day. My old experienced overhead door repairman could of fixed in an hour but he's gone. Dangerous work but I needed it fixed so I did it myself. Never saw new cables nor ace nor a bill which is fine."

"Prompt service, accurate quote, and qualified technician who repaired my garage door before lunch!"

"I recently had the pleasure of using Sams garage company's services to replace my garage door, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. From start to finish, their professionalism and expertise were evident, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Sam was incredibly knowledgeable about various garage door options, and he patiently explained the different materials, styles, and features available. The team arrived on time, and the installation process was efficient without compromising on quality, and above all the price was very reasonable comparing to many other companies that I have spoken with. I highly recommend Sams garage company to anyone in need of garage door replacement services."

"I came home on a Sunday night to find that my garage door spring had broken.  I called Kevin on Monday morning to inquire about getting it replaced.  He was easy to get ahold of, quoted me a price on the phone and had the job done before I got home from work.  He stopped by later that evening to pick up payment and show me what he had done.  Any homeowner knows what a logistical pain it can be when things break.  Kevin made this repair totally hassle free and affordable.  I would highly recommend!
