"Great work replacing jamb, stop and brick molding around my garage door. Good communication and easy to work with."

"Multiple exterior repairs including: enhance the structure of a 2nd story porch, repair wood rot in several locations, storm door replacement, fence and post replacement and painting. Adam treats your house as if it's his own - he discovered additional wood rot and mouse entry points on the siding and re-fastened framing on the front door so it now operates like new. My house is now mouse free for the first time since it was purchased 28 years ago. Adam comes up with great solutions that I've never considered. There's no need to check his work with a level - it's always right on. He always does things the right way and gives you options to suit your budget. I'm a probably a difficult customer since I'm a retired engineer and Adam meets or exceeds all expections."

"Andy’s garage Door Repair & Handy Service tuned up the garage door (replacing the rollers, doing various adjustment, etc.) and replaced the broken torsion spring. The field service technicians were very professionals, friendly, and over all good guys. The Total cost was very reasonable and I was very happy with it, the work, and with the response time and time it took them to do the work. The door now is quieter operation, and I am very happy with the end result. I highly recommend Andy’s Door repair."

"The cleaners did a great job! Very tidy, nothing misplaced, and no cleaning-product fragrances. They even removed rust stains from my toilet, which I wasn't expecting but was happy about.
The reason I'm giving a B instead of an A is that the scheduling was a little confusing. For example, the second time I scheduled cleaning, I asked to have the same team that came out the first time. I wasn't picky about days or times as long as I got that team. Since I didn't hear that it wouldn't be possible, I assumed I'd get the same team. But it was a different team. They were nice people and did a good job, but it was inconvenient because my second team had three people while my first team had had two. I had the right denominations of cash to give equal tips to two people, but not to three, so that was very embarrassing.

"It was written up to be chimney and foundation check.  I wasn't home when he arrived, my husband was, and no foundation inspection took place.  He had a couple of good tips, but not very detailed or in depth.

"Simple job, done quickly.......left out one screw on cover housing.....minimal clean up after drilling through wood....possibly he was in a hurry.

"Larry was great! He tracked down a part we needed for our refrigerator and got it installed same day. He’s also repaired our dryer. Friendly, professional, dependable."

"On all of the replacements or repairs there was a time period of 1 -3 weeks for the repairman. They were all professional . You have to read the contract , I missed the electric part and had to pay for it myself so read your warranty ."
