Paul arrived on time to assess the job, provide an estimate and scheduled work in timely manner. Materials were orderd and his crew arrived onsite to complete necessary repairs once materials arrived. "Anthony & his wife showed up same day & sealed the driveway pronto. I also needed some roof repair on a flat entry porch & detached garage. Both had drainage issues for which we agreed on a course of action. He offered to do everything for $7,000. "And I'll throw in the driveway" he said. The contract was e-mailed to us & returned with a digital signature. After many broken dates, his crew of 2 guys finally got the porch roof done in 2 visits. That took a month to accomplish. I had already paid for the driveway ($785) because it was, after all, work that was done. Anthony then wanted a check for $7,400. I stupidly paid this in good faith thinking that things would work out according to contract. I looked at it again and noticed the total was for $6850 tax included. He argued against doing the garage which is on the contract. It got done. The work done on the porch is not according to contract & does not solve the issue. He refuses to inspect the work. Absolutely unprofessional."

Due to scheduling, it took a few weeks to start work, so David, in sales, came by and put a tarp up to prevent more water from coming in from our leaking roof. That was a godsend since a few intense storms followed! Once the install crew arrived, they were careful to protect my landscaping and hardscaping, polite, and fast - they finished in half the quoted time! Afterwards, Zoe in their front office called me to check that everything went well and had someone come the next day to fix an excessive drip caused by an overhanging shingle. Love that customer service! Only negative feedback would be around their pricing levels that up the warranty protection. I figure the quality of their workmanship should be the same regardless of whether is paying them more or less and the materials are the same."
