The team cleaned the site daily and made sure everything was protected prior to work start and delivery. Eugene also came out a week after the work was done (and after a day of heavy rain) to check and see if I was still satisfied with the work. Their five star rating is true to our experience. "We needed a new roof including new sheeting. Our roof was a 23 year old composite roof with 3/8" sheeting. We received 3 bids from different roofing companies. All of the bids came in within a few hundred dollars of each other. We decided to go with A Better Roofing Company because of reviews, their history in the area dating back to 1991, and the professionalism of Daniel who wrote up the estimate. We received the estimate in October 2018 and the job was completed in December 2018. Scheduling was a difficult because of the rainy days. The crew started on a friday and finished on sunday. The crew worked right thru until the job was done. When i had my extimate done i had choosen white flashing around the roof to match the facia board. The crew mistakenly installed dark flashing that matched the black roof we choose. When I did the walk through after the job was completed with Michael right before Christmas i pointed that out. He immediately said they would come out and replace it with the correct flashing. Since Christmas was a few days away I related to Michael that they could come out anytime after Christmas, no hurry. The next day when i got home from work it was all replaced. That was being responsive! The roof is beautiful and solid. I would recommend A Better Roofing Company to everyone."

"I had a great experience with this company - this is a longer review but the short version is they were wonderful and I would recommend them without hesitation. The longer version: Curtis was extremely responsive when I contacted him regarding a leak both by phone and by coming out the next day to evaluate the issue. They were also able to get the repair done relatively quickly considering my leak showed up the same time everyone else’s did right after our 1st big rain storm of the season. DHT was one of three companies that came out to give me a quote and this inspection was the most thorough; he checked all of the attic spaces in addition to the roof to make sure there were no other leaks that I just hadn’t seen yet. He was also the most respectful when explaining the issues to me, including showing me pictures from his inspection. DHT’s price point was midway between the other two quotes I received. More importantly, one of the companies that came out seemed pretty unconcerned whether or not I excepted their bid, while the other told me I needed an entire roof replacement for multiple “issues.” Neither of the other two companies were thorough enough to check the attic for additional concerns. When I asked Curtis about his thoughts on whether a roof replacement was necessary immediately and/or a good idea right now, he was very clear that there were some issues that needed to be fixed but that the roof could last several years with good maintenance and proactive work. He also was very honest with me when I tried to schedule a service that he thought was not appropriate for this time of year at a potential loss for his own business. Lastly, there were remaining materials after they completed the repair and they left those behind for me so that I would have them if something else came up at no additional cost. Having had my fair share of disappointing contractors, it’s nice to have someone I can refer others to without hesitating. There’s something to be said for a locally owned company that’s seems to be very invested in growing their business through solid work an excellent customer service."

"We contacted Integrity Roofing to inspect our roof prior to installing solar panels to determine if it had sufficient life remaining prior to going solar. Kes, our sales person, inspected our old roof and politely and professionally noted that it was at the end of its life. Kes, thoroughly explained our options and provided us with a detailed and competitive estimate. We chose to go with Integrity for these reasons. From there,Tova, in the office took care of getting our project scheduled within our limited time frame so as to minimize impact on the Air BnB we operate at our home. Chuy, our project manager, and his crew got the job done on time and right on budget. Peter the project engineer checked in as well to review progress and confirm the small change orders we made to replace just a few pieces of old trim and one piece of sheathing. The crew completed the project and left the property as clean as it was when they arrived. "CJ came and spent some time with me during the initial estimate. Very pleasant salesman that's easy to relate to and very detailed on how the whole project would be done. The crew that came out to replace my roof were quick, polite and cleaned up well after each work day. (2 days for the roof) Three Tree Roofing provided a huge dumpster for them to throw the debris in which was parked in my driveway, and a honey bucket for their use. There was one issue I had with the skylights and installation, but it's not enough to sway my opinion of this company. The company that Three Tree hired to replace my gutters were exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly as well. I've hired many contractors over the years and have never been so pleased. I HIGHLY recommend them. Last thing I should mention......... I received a nice little gift in the mail after the project was completed. Nice touch!!"

"Gabriel was fast, efficient, and fairly priced. He found the problem that caused our initial leak, which was a poorly installed skylight. He did troubleshooting and came up with an effective solution. Very good clean-up after work was completed. He checked in later to make sure we were satisfied. Good man and good work!"

"My wife and I were hopeful when we booked Rain City to work on windows (16 windows) and to replace our front porch, which was leaking down into the basement. We decided to go with Rain City after reading reviews online and comparing prices with other companies. In the end, our enthusiasm and excitement were grossly checked. The big sell for us was that they would work on our porch which needed immediate work. We also liked that the sales rep wasn’t too pushy. We also plan to get new siding, and we were hoping that Rain City would work out for this later project. Timeline and communications seemed to be the biggest issues for us. We signed on with them August 1st. The sales rep assured us that we would receive a phone call from the project manager in 48 hours. That didn’t happen. We ended up having to contact the sales rep to get the project manager to come out two weeks after signing. We were told it would take 4-5 weeks to build the windows and that they would be back to install them roughly at the end of September/beginning of October. We had also been told by the sales rep that the whole project would take 5 days total (3 days to install windows and 2 days for the porch). When the windows (11 of the total) were delivered to our doorstep in mid-October, they said they would be out to work the next day, a Friday. They didn’t end up coming until the following Tuesday afternoon. In about 2 and a half days of work, they installed the 11 windows (we still had some windows not delivered) and they took off the railing of our porch. During this time, they installed a wrong window that was not included in the contract. When we saw this, we were very confused how they could’ve installed a completely wrong window not on the order. (Luckily for us, they offered to leave it in at no cost.) They also broke a window pane installing the window. (We brought this to their attention and they promised this would be fixed—which it was eventually fixed in January). Then we didn’t see them until November, when they came back to work on the porch and to fix the window sills. (We had to ask them to fix the window sills, since we complained to them that the insulation in our walls was exposed where gaps between the window and the sills were. It seemed to us, if we hadn’t complained, this wouldn’t have been fixed.) They also returned in December to finish the remaining windows—which in October or November, the project manager disclosed to us that they had forgotten to order these windows. In the end, it was an exhaustive process working with Rain City. Besides not communicating very well when they would arrive to our house to work, it was sometimes hard to get messages returned from the project manager. Also it didn’t seem to us that there was good communication on our original contract to the crew (i.e. installing a completely wrong window). Also when we received the final invoice they charged us an exorbitant price for 2 extra windows we had ordered in August after signing the original contract. We had inquired with the project manager throughout the fall to get a cost for these extra 2 windows. We didn’t see the price tag until the final invoice. We had to contest the costs, and they brought the price down to a more reasonable rate and they honored the labor costs outlined in our original contract. They were careful to keep the inside of our house clean, but our yard took some damage—with a couple plants destroyed and lots of small debris not cleaned up. The Rain City employees were all very respectful and friendly, and overall so was the sales rep and project manager. The windows look nice, now that they are done. The porch turned out ok. The craftsmanship of the work will be tested with time."
