"We had Evergreen Home Heating and Energy install a new water heater and furnace, and unfortunately, the quality of their work has been disappointing. Recently, I noticed several issues with the intake and exhaust pipes. Several hanger straps attached to the wall are broken, and one of the joints on the water heater exhaust pipe is leaking water. I suspect this leak is caused by the imbalance due to the broken hanger straps. I expected a professional and reliable installation from Evergreen Home Heating and Energy, but these problems indicate a lack of attention to detail and quality. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Evergreen Home Heating and Energy. If you’re considering them for your home needs, be cautious and perhaps look elsewhere."

He pointed out that our furnace filter had not been changed since 2022. Big oversight by me. Matt explained how the air flows through the furnace and the direction the filter needs to be placed. I marked with a sharpie on the furnace an arrow so I would remember next time. Positive experience."
