The office team, Michelle and Lisa, provided daily updates on our home project and were always happy to answer any questions we had. After the project was completed we had a minor concern and contacted the NPE office staff who were quick to respond and send a company representative out to look at the concern and address it. "After receiving 4 quotes to replace the siding on the south-facing end of our 1950's home - still possessing its original 1956 siding - we decided to choose Athex. They were chosen not because of the quote, but because there was something "good" we saw in this father/son duo. Though the project developed hiccups as we decided to also inject insulation into walls, they were accommodating to these delays and we offered more work for them to remedy a previous window installers "hack job" by adding picture-frame trim to all our windows. We also accepted their bid to paint the house to cover the scars left by the insulation installation. We were very fortunate to have met and used Athex. "The work was to replace the Cedar siding on our home with Hardy Plank siding. They also replaced an old aluminum framed window to my garage. The work took about 3 days or so complete. 1-2 days to tear down and fix some issues with wood rot at the corner. I interviewed about 5 different companies and found I was most comfortable with Side-Pro. They were far and away the most professional of the bunch. Fair warning they're definitely not the cheapest but I have come to realize that you're going to get what you paid for. Overall I really liked the work that Side-Pro did for my house. I've had some issues getting them to respond via email. I'm often not in a place to make a phone call so it's much easier for me to fire off an email. Other than that, they've been pretty good to deal with."

"It was great. Everyone showed up on time and performed the exact work that was agreed on. I have heard horror stories from neighbors that were told one thing and then when work began they were told something else. With WVC everything they said they would do was done. "We had a great experience working with PNW Exterior. We enjoyed our first meeting learning about the differences in siding, trim, and window design options, as well as material quality. We had all the exterior on our project replaced and the entire project took less than we anticipated. The crew worked well and overall we are VERY pleased with our new siding and windows. They even added new soffit at a reasonable cost to make our project look fresh and clean. The new siding and windows gave our property the added outside touch that was needed. Also, they ensured to caulk and seal all areas making the exterior very easy to clean with pressure washers and we don't have to worry about water infiltration. Which was something I was really looking forward to.
