He was the only contractor to give me a detailed written estimate, which was also lower than the two other verbal estimates I received. Mike also included some needed structural upgrades & other current building code requirements. The final inspection by San Francisco building department is scheduled for Monday, 6/13/22. Already have them lined up for Painting my house inside and out, replacing base boards and building me French doors to lead out to the patio."
