"J Sitko was highly responsive to our request through Angie's. Jack Sitko came out and gave us a thorough & detailed quote for our deck replacement and exterior wall/siding repair. The team was very responsive to our initial questions, and when we selected Sitko for the work took care of all the steps from design and permitting through final inspection. The crew came quickly and worked steadily throughout the whole project, even in the colder days of December. They identified numerous issues with our exterior wallboards and quickly replaced all rotting boards (a larger project than we imagined). The deck went up quickly and was exceedingly well built and secured. The team wasn't the neatest I've seen, given this was renovation to our existing living space, but were quick to haul away all construction material. Sitko took care of our punch list promptly, making sure we were completely satisfied. The whole project took less than a month, and we now have a new exterior space to enjoy come spring!"

"New concrete and small deck"

"K,B&D Remodeling, LLC is extremely knowledgeable in their craft. The carpentry work on my deck, porch, and on 30 windows is A+ ! Iâ m extremely satisfied with their work. Curb appeal looks outstanding. Their fine work and knowledge in the trade is a given and it definitely shows. But what sets this company apart is their integrity, character, and professionalism. 100% Class act operation. Will definitely call them back In April 2023 for a spring project."

"😎👍 Owner Mark is a good guy to talk to and work with. Contractor communication is key for me. His Lead man Gabino and his crew built a very nice cedar encased front awning addition to our Old Georgian house. We are very proud of it and many neighbors have complimented us on it. Planning on building a new back deck with them soon!"

"Rick and his team did a fantastic job with our deck. He was responsive, honest, and went out of his way to meet every one of our requests. I would highly recommend American Superior to anyone looking to build or replace a deck; you wonâ t find a better value in Chicago."

"They arrived on time each day, took  precautions by blocking exit doors to avoid accidents etc. They used quality material and
finished ahead of schedule in spite of a few rain delays. The office personnel was terrific.  Whenever I had a question all I had to do was call & I received the answer or help that I needed.  I will highly recommend this Company  & already have to anyone needing a porch replacement.  They took care of all permits & inspections. Plus they took care to cover anything in the yard including trees & plants to avoid damage. I am totally satisfied with my new porch & pleased with the quality & looks of it."

"Fast, reasonable, quality work and they were honest about the assessment and even called from the hardware store to discuss materials options."

"Beat the prices of all competing contractors."
