"Eric and his team did a wonderful job on our porch remodel and deck/stairs addition. He was extremely professional and very easy to work with during the design and execution of the project. He was always available by phone or text. The finished product far exceeded our expectations and looks wonderful. We are already thinking of our next project for him. It was a great experience from start to finish. We will be utilizing this company again."

"We have a large deck and walkway that was aging badly. Peter and crew had to tear up the old deck and walkway, and then replace it..The job took ten days from start to finish. We were so pleased, we hired the team to put a new deck on our daughter's house next door. Peter was professional, honest, and very easy to work with. He knows his craft well."

"We had New Old Remodeling install our siding, a new shingle roof, add 6” gutters, and build a screened-in porch. Everything turned out great! The crew was on time, professional, and the final results look amazing. Definitely recommend them!"

"I am very happy with Garth’s excellent work painting my guest room walls, crown molding, baseboards, and door trim. He also painted the wooden framework of my screened porch and installed a shower head. Garth was efficient, tidy, relatable, and kind."

"Removed an old deck and built a beautiful new screened in porch with heaters, hot tub, fireplace, grilling station, and new back door entrance. Excellent workmanship and design at a very reasonable price. I felt very comfortable having the crew around my house/family during the entire build. I will use again in the future and have no problem recommending to a friend."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Mollie and Catalino at Ruiz Enterprises to remove our old screened in porch and build a new deck and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and above all, stress-free. Communication: Mollie and Catalino was outstanding in terms of communication. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and worked very hard to help find ways we could save money. I was kept informed at every stage, and any questions or concerns were addressed promptly and thoroughly. Quality of Work: The quality of work was very impressive. The deck was built with attention to detail, and it’s clear that Catalino and his team take pride in their work. We went from having a poorly designed screened porch that flooded to a beautiful new deck that gives us more usable space and more room to enjoy being outside. Timeliness: The project was completed on schedule, with no unexpected delays. Mollie and Catalino provided a clear timeline from the beginning, and they stuck to it and even worked with us as waited for HOA approval. Professionalism: The team was punctual, courteous, and respectful of my property. They maintained a clean worksite and ensured everything was in order before they left each day. Catalino even returned unused materials back to the retailer and I got almost a $1,000 back from the unused materials. I was happy to get the money back and not having to load and return heavy bags of cement! Overall Experience: I am thoroughly impressed with Ruiz Enterprises and the deck they built. It has transformed our outdoor space into a perfect place for relaxation and entertainment. I highly recommend Ruiz Enterprises to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and dedicated contractor for their home improvement projects. Thank you, Mollie and Catalino, for a job well done!"

"Seth Kolby and his sidekick Zach can do virtually most anything. They're working on appliances garage doors decks windows replacing sliding glass door with French door and you name it. This Duo is remarkable. It is so comforting to see Angie pros who take such pride in their work and in providing you with a cost-effective solution to whatever problem you have. Don't want to brag on them too much because then they won't be as available and I'm not very good at sharing:-)"
