"This company came to Me via Angi List. In all honesty, my expectations to find someone to do the work was low. Have having said that M& L construction was very quick to respond and even quicker to do the job. In addition, his communications while not on the premises was superior. I would not hesitate. In fact, I will be having them return to build a new cabana, which will be on my new 40 x 45 foot Trek Deck sadly,. M&L construction did not build This deck, however They finished all of the detail work, which exceeded my expectations. Being a homeowner who is constantly updating and improving, not just my house, but the property I recommend M& L construction without hesitation or reserve."

"They did a great job on replacing my wood deck with Trex. Arrived on time, did an outstanding job on removing the old wood and installing a new Trex deck and railings. The new deck looks great. I am very satisfied with the project. I will recommend them to all of my friends needing any work of this type."

"I had an old pressure treated wood deck in the back and on my front steps, I called Bob and he came over quickly to take measurements and walk me through the process and costs for a trex deck. I was surprised at how reasonably priced his quote was, especially since my deck was doubled in size. The work was done efficiently and I love the quality and end result!! Would recommend Bob to anyone, he and his team do great work"

"Herb was the first person in my house, other than me, since March. He wore a mask and was very courteous about the fact that I am "elderly and compromised" and worried about Covid 19. He did everything quickly and found ways to fix things that were less invasive and therefore less expensive than I expected. I was pleased with his communication and punctuality and it seems everything was done well."

No, cedar is not pressure-treated because it contains oils and tannins that naturally resist insect damage, rot, and decay. With regular maintenance, including annual cleaning and resealing every two to three years, cedar maintains its structural integrity and pleasing appearance for 10 to 15 years or more. Cedar’s natural durability, without need for chemical treatments, makes it an environmentally friendly option for outdoor structures like decks.
