"This was my second project with Design Exteriors. This project was the removal and replacement of concrete stairs and landings leading up to my front porch. It also included some updated landscaping and outdoor lighting. I am very happy with the result and have received several complements on project. The design incorporated changes that really improved the look and “feel” of the access, and improved drainage away from my house. "For the most part, Trio did a very good job. The demolition of the old deck went well. The building of the new deck went well. The new deck looks great, and we're happy with it, so far. The steps had to be redone, but they got it right, the second time. Many of the days, Jason and Nick were on site to monitor the construction crew which was a good feeling. They did a great job with the clean-up process afterwards, too. The only concern I had was that it took about 2 or 3 weeks after I made my down payment before I heard from Trio, and I had to contact them. I would have liked to have been informed on steps taken on a weekly basis. There were a few times, that I didn't receive a response back after leaving messages for them. They can improve in this area, too. But overall, we're happy with our new deck, and I would recommend Trio Construction for any projects you are considering for your residence or business."
