"Based on great reviews and proximity to my home in South Los Angeles, I hired Top Value to remodel my bathroom and kitchen, retaining some of the unique built-in aspects of my 100+ yr old Craftsman house while making the bathroom and kitchen more functional. They were able to do that, while staying on budget, and I love my new bathroom and kitchen now! Any issues that popped up during the process they were able to resolve, and cabinets were adjusted wonderfully to fit in the built-in spaces in the kitchen to maximize space and storage without having to tear out elements that were original to the house. That was exactly what I needed. "They did a great job. The crew was professional and they taped up everything. One year later I still look at the paint job and think how well they did. I would absolutely use them again, and have recommended them to everyone I know who needs painting done. The price they quoted was tied for my lowest bid (I looked at 5 different painters) so I was concerned about quality, but it was fantastic. I had a built in TV area and they painted it quickly and it looks great. They removed all of the window blinds for us and re-installed them when they were done. We had new floors put in and afterwards they came back and painted the moulding by hand without one mistake- fantastic."

"I've dealt with a number of contractors throughout the years and I must say Adam Othman is truly one of a kind. Adam only works on one job at a time and the quality of service really shows. I knew Adam was the right person for our project immediately after our very first phone call. He took his time to really understand my objectives. You immediately get the sense that Adam is unlike other contractors. He is extremely sensitive to the client's budget and goes beyond the call of duty to get the job done right and on budget. Our project involved a 1922 Spanish home with a very low tiled ceiling. The ceiling was extremely out of scale in relation to the size of the room and it was our objective to raise it as high as possible. Prior to our contract, Adam dedicated so much time surveying the attic on two separate occasions and helped us come up with a solution that didn't require any major structural modification to our existing roof. Adam is a very methodical thinker. You could literally see his mind coming up with solutions as he quietly studied the project. You know you are in good hands because of the questions he asks. He anticipates problems before they even happen and that really put us at ease. Our project time frame was 4 weeks. Adam started the project on time and finished EXACTLY on the week he promised. He is by far the most organized contractor I've ever dealt with. Workmanship was superb. The work area was always left clean and the framing he personally did on the ceiling was truly a work of art. Before the drywall went up, he and I joked that the framing was too beautiful to cover up. He did absolutely beautiful work. The drywall crew did an outstanding job skim coating the plaster walls and their workmanship was as superb as Adam's. He clearly hires the best sub contractors in the business. It was the most stress free experience we've had from any previous contractor and that is testament to the way Adam runs his business. The living room is now quickly becoming my favorite room in the house and I am grateful to Adam for putting all his heart into it. He is truly a wonderful contractor who I now consider a friend. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending him to anyone. He is truly the best!"

"The foundation inspector came earlier than the appointment time that was scheduled and only gave me 15-20 minutes notice. While other people would appreciate that I do not like to be caught off guard like that. He was very knowledgeable and performed a detailed inspection and provided me with a quote for foundation improvements. He also recommended gutters and helped me to design a cost effective gutter system which he was going to relay to his gutter company. This was impressive. But when I scheduled the gutter inspection the gutter guy did not even show up or call to cancel. i let the Foundation inspector know about this and he did not respond. I was very unimpressed with the fact that he did not respond or acknowledge his gutter inspector's mistake. While the Foundation inspector was very knowledge and professional, I would not recommend services from his company due to their lack of responsiveness. <br />"
