As a law enforcement officer in Pittsburgh, PA I am very skeptical who I hire to do work at my home. I trust G&J Waterproofing to get the job done and correctly. They communicate with you during the job which is very rare for other contractors out there. The work done to my basement is waterproofing and they parge the basement walls. They are low pressure so if you have a project and just need to get an opinion, reach out to them. Chris is great and very attentive and helpful. Both of my waterproofing jobs still cost less the the initial job from one of the big companies, so I was really pleased with their work and price. They did a nice job cleaning up (but concrete dust gets everywhere so I still have work to do). Highly recommend!!!! "Outstanding job by H&R in the waterproofing my basement on February 16. It was Providence as 10 days later a water line in front of my house burst sending thousands of gallons of water cascading toward my house and against the walls of the basement that were waterproofed. The internal french drain and sump pump performed as described by H&R and my basement stayed dry as a bone. We would definitely recommend this business. I’ve waited until the next big rain which happened on Monday am. Torrents of rain and basement is bone dry. Exactly as promised."
